You’re not spending too little.
You’re spending in the dark.

01

Your ad spend is climbing. Your revenue isn’t.

You’re scaling budgets across Meta, Google, and creators. Sessions climb. Conversion doesn’t. Somewhere between the click and the receipt, the money is disappearing.

02

The dashboards don’t tell you where.

GA4 says one thing. Shopify Admin says another. Your P&L a third. You know one page or flow is doing the damage. You can’t see which one, and by the time you dig through the data, you’ve lost another week.

03

Fixing it needs a team you don’t have.

A designer for the mocks, a developer for the code, an analyst to run the test, a Shopify person to ship it. That’s four vendors and a month. We do it all in one build.

That’s what Tomorrow is built to do.

Real code.
In your theme.

Shopify Liquid, custom sections, Klaviyo flows, GA4 events. Wired into the store you own. Nothing lives on a Tomorrow server. Nothing is a subscription. When we’re done, you have the code, the tracking, and the doc.

Every number that matters.
One place.

We stitch Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, PostHog, ad spend, and inventory into one dashboard you can read in 30 seconds. What Laundry Labs gets every Monday.

Spotlight

How we tripled Laundry Labs’ conversion rate.

+41% revenue $933K to $1.32M, trailing period
~3x CVR lift 0.32% baseline to 1.17% peak, 6 weeks
77% abandoners unmailed Filter bug found in the audit, fixed live on the call
$117 to $2.9k/wk Klaviyo flow revenue recovered in 30 days

They came convinced checkout was the leak. It wasn’t. An audit across Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and Ads found four quiet issues. Six weeks later, CVR had tripled and revenue was up 41%.

Every other engagement leans on the same skill.

Find the broken thing in a revenue pipeline. Build the fix.

Running a store with money leaking somewhere? The first 90 minutes are free. We map where the leak is and what a fix would look like on your stack, then decide what to build. Book a call

The same four movements every time.

Instrument, diagnose, build, prove. What we ran for Laundry Labs. What we run for every Shopify build.

01

Instrument

PostHog, GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify Admin, PageSpeed. Set a clean baseline on your top pages. Nothing ships until we know what we’re measuring against.

02

Diagnose

AI-driven analytics on your funnel, then a manual review of the top drop-offs, checkout, mobile UX, and Klaviyo flows. Root-cause the leak. Often it isn’t what the team thought.

03

Build

Custom fixes shipped into your Shopify: PDP updates, cart and checkout flow, shipping and pricing bugs, Klaviyo flow repairs. Real code, in your theme.

04

Prove

Four weeks of measurement after go-live. Weekly report showing what moved. Written handoff. You own the system, the credentials, and every line of code.

Max Topelson

About Max.

Tomorrow is Max Topelson. I run CRO builds for Shopify stores. Not a platform, not a subscription. I find the specific thing on your funnel that’s costing you revenue, ship the custom fix into your theme, and hand over every line of code.

Before Tomorrow I ran outbound engines for real estate, lending, and B2B services. Same core skill: find the specific broken thing in a revenue pipeline, then build the fix. Shopify is where that skill compounds fastest.

Frequently asked.

The things every Shopify founder asks on the first call. Answered here so we can spend the call on your store.

Getting started

1 / How does Tomorrow work end-to-end?

Four movements: instrument, diagnose, build, prove. We wire your top pages into GA4, PostHog, Klaviyo, and Shopify Admin, run an AI-driven diagnosis to find the specific leak, ship the fix into your theme, and watch the number for four weeks after go-live. See the Method section for the full loop.

2 / How long until we see results?

Depends on the shape. Audit-and-fix (2 to 3 weeks) usually shows movement in the first 30 days after ship. Laundry Labs went from 0.32% to 1.17% CVR in six weeks. Custom tools land in days and start earning immediately.

3 / What’s in and out of scope for a build?

In scope: the specific fix agreed in week one (a PDP redesign, cart flow rework, Klaviyo flow repair, a custom tool), instrumentation, a weekly report, and a written handoff. Out of scope: unrelated feature requests, ongoing agency-style retainer work unless you sign the CRO retainer, anything that touches infrastructure we can’t own end-to-end.

Ownership & control

1 / Who owns the code, data, and dashboards after the build?

You do. Every line of code lives in your Shopify theme. Every dashboard runs in your GA4, PostHog, Klaviyo, and Shopify accounts. The weekly report uses your credentials. If we walk away tomorrow, nothing breaks and nothing needs to be re-licensed.

2 / Do you work in my Shopify theme, or install a separate app?

Your theme. Real Liquid, real sections, real code. No proprietary Tomorrow app tracking changes behind a login. If your team wants to modify what we shipped six months later, they can, and no one has to call us to do it.

3 / Is there a contract, and how flexible is it?

Audit-and-fix is a fixed-fee project, no contract beyond the SOW. The CRO retainer is month-to-month with 30 days notice. Custom tools are per-project. No lock-in. The moat is that you can see the number moving, not that you’re stuck with us.

Fit & pricing

1 / How much does this cost, and how does it compare to hiring in-house?

Audit-and-fix runs $5k to $15k depending on scope. CRO retainer starts at $6k/mo. Custom tools are quoted per build. A full-time in-house CRO lead plus a Shopify developer plus a data analyst runs about $25k/mo loaded, plus months of hiring lag. This is a fraction of that with faster feedback.

2 / How do you work with my existing Klaviyo, GA4, and PageSpeed setup?

We audit what’s there before we add anything. Most stores don’t need new tools, they need the existing ones wired correctly. If we do add something (usually PostHog for session replays), it’s on your bill and stays yours after we’re gone.

3 / What kind of Shopify store is a bad fit for this?

Stores doing under $50k/mo where leak-hunting economics don’t work yet. Stores whose founder wants a subscription platform to auto-ship changes with no human review (that’s a different product). Stores in categories where our data on what actually converts is thin.
